Clinic Supervisor (LPN or RN), Full-time

MN Urology is currently looking for a caring individual with a current LPN or RN license to work in our Plymouth location in a full-time capacity.
Primary objectives of the Clinic Supervisor (LPN or RN):
The Clinic Supervisor position is responsible for organizing and coordinating staff and resources to provide optimal, compassionate care in an efficient manner. This role will provide patient care assisting providers with procedures including, Urodynamics, UroNav and TRUS biopsies and a variety of tasks including patient intake, patient education, and documenting information accurately in an electronic medical records system. The supervisor will be required to approve timecards, PTO requests, triage calls & handle employee relations.
Qualifications for this position include:
Current LPN; RN license preferred
Minimum of three years clinical experience, specialty practice preferred.
Degree, certificate or demonstrated successful history of related experience in healthcare management.
Three plus years clinical & administrative staff supervision.
Working knowledge of electronic medical records required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Knowledge and experience of clinical quality measure goal implementation and achievement a plus.
Degree, certificate or related experience in quality improvement techniques and processes preferred.
