Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for managing facilities, operations, programming, and support personnel including; Facilities Management (manager of building and grounds, security/alert systems, rentals, building infrastructures, budgeting, vendor contracts, and site planning), School Operations (direct school systems, events, and programs, Management (hire and support staff and specific programs), Technology (assist/collaborate with Exec. Director of IT and Marketing for school operations related to operations and security technology), Manage Safety/Security (infrastructure and drills), and District 112 (transportation liaison).
Job Requirements
Degree in an Education or Business area of study or hold significant experience in relevant areas of focus: (leadership, facilities, management, organization, and planning).

The person in this position shall possess characteristics that reflect: ● Acceptance without reservation of the Chapel Hill Academy Community Covenant and Statement of Faith ● Solid Biblical worldview ● Spiritually mature, actively involved in person faith development ● Follower of Jesus Christ; born-again/saved Christian
