Classroom Float – Children’s House/Casa (ages 3-6) Part-time or full-time (24-40 hrs/week) Classroom Float opening in our licensed child care environment. Responsibilities include: setting up lunch and nap, assisting children with classroom work, bathrooms, nap and transitions. Montessori experience is helpful though not required. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a classroom. Assisting hours for a part-time position are 8:00 – 4 or 5pm M– W or 8am – 4 or 5pm M-F for full-time. Compensation starting at $15/hour with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.
Long Term Substitute Lead Montessori Teacher - Children’s House/Casa (ages 3-6) - Full-time (40 hrs/week) opening in our licensed child care classroom for a maternity leave starting February/March 2023 through the end of the school year. Applicants should have Montessori Certification OR a teaching license and at least one-year experience in an Assisting or Leading role within the classroom. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a preschool/kindergarten Montessori Classroom. Hours expected to be on campus are 8am-4 or 5pm Monday-Friday. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.
After School Care Specialist or Lead: - Part-time (13 hrs/week) opening for an After School Care Specialist or Lead who will join a team working with children grades preschool –6th grade. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in child care or camp or VBS type activity leading. This is a great opportunity for a college student or for someone interested in getting experience in childcare, Christian Education or Teaching. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, creative and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of children. Hours expected to be on campus are 3:00 - 5:45pm Monday – Friday during the school year. Compensation upon request.
Long Term Substitute Toddler Assistant Teacher for licensed Childcare: Part-time or full-time opening in our licensed child care center for a maternity leave, starting January 2023 through the end of the school year. Applicants should have at least one-year of experience in licensed care in an assisting role within the classroom. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of infants and toddlers. Hours may vary between 7:30am-5:30pm M-F depending on the scheduling needs and are determined during the interview process. Compensation starting at $17/hr with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.
Long Term Substitute Assistant E1Teacher (1st – 3rd Grades): Part-time (24 hrs/week) opening in our Elementary 1 Homeschool academy classroom for a maternity leave starting January 2023 through the end of the school year. Applicants should have at least one year’s experience working with children. They should also be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a Montessori Classroom. Hours expected to be on campus are between 7:30am - 5:00 pm Monday – Wednesday depending on scheduling needs. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.
Lead Montessori Teacher - Children’s House (ages 3-6) - Full-time (40 hrs/week) opening in our licensed child care classroom for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year. Applicants should have Montessori Certification OR a teaching license and at least one-year experience in an Assisting or Leading role within the classroom. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a preschool/kindergarten Montessori Classroom. Hours expected to be on campus for full-time are between 8am-4 or 5pm Monday-Friday depending on scheduling. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.
