Summit 360 is seeking a deeply creative, strategic Senior Marketing Manager to create, drive, and facilitate the Marketing strategy and plan for all parts of the business. This individual will work closely with the Sales team to ensure complete alignment, as well as lead, manage, and mentor the existing Marketer, and maintain the branding of a well-established, growing Computer Hardware Technology reseller.
If you have a strong knowledge of Marketing analytics and SEO, as well as CRM and Marketing automation, you are the perfect fit for this role. You will have the freedom to further define Summit 360’s Marketing Department and contribute to the company’s direction from a seat on the Leadership Team. You will also have the chance to leave your mark on Summit 360’s Marketer by providing mentoring and career development. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of Summit 360’s Marketing department, including budgeting, vendor management, and data analytics. Be Ready To...
Utilize your high-level Marketing experience and strategic planning to contribute to and advise the Leadership Team.
Develop a well-rounded understanding of our entire business, customer buying journey, buyer personas, and sales process to help you maintain and further develop our Marketing strategy.
Create and manage the Marketing budget, in collaboration with Finance.
Work with the existing Marketer to leverage SEO and data analytics to make decisions that support sales for our End-User, Wholesale, and ITAD businesses.
Project manage our external Marketing vendors to maintain accountability and collaborate on initiatives.
Mentor, coach, and manage our existing Marketer.
Work closely with the Sales Team on company-wide documents, PPT’s, email language, and other content.
What You Bring to Summit 360:
5-10 years of high-level Marketing experience – B2B experience preferred.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Demonstrated success with digital Marketing, Marketing best practices, tactical execution, and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a positive attitude.
Amazing multi-tasking abilities with consistent and timely follow-through.
Involvement in managing and professionally developing subordinates.
Experience working alongside a sales team or within a sales-driven organization.
Event coordination or trade show experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and understanding of SEO and data analytics.
Understanding and working knowledge of CRM and Marketing automation. HubSpot preferred, but not required.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
Engaging with the Sales and Operations leaders to collaborate on internal and external Marketing initiatives.
Creating, overseeing, and driving the Marketing strategy and plan for all facets of Summit 360.
Lead generation and consistent revenue-generating support for sales.
Refining KPIs and career advancement opportunities for our in-house Marketer.
Staying up to date on Marketing technology, news, and strategies to best advise Leadership on Marketing best practices.
