Senior Advocacy Specialist

health EZ is currently seeking a Senior Advocacy Specialist to join our Care Management Team. This individual must be extremely organized and be an advocate for our members and clients.
What You'll Do:
· Provide concierge service to members.
· Work directly with our clients and provide stellar customer service
· Assist vendors and members with Medical Management requests/questions.
· Open authorized case management files.
· Partner with Clinical director to implement processes to ensure goals are met
· Assist case managers with various duties.
· Monitor Intake phone line.
· Other duties as assigned by Clinical Director.
What We Expect from You:
· Associates Degree/ Medical Assistant Certificate preferred.
· Follows and understand HIPPA regulations.
· 3+ years of customer service or direct client experience
· Medical Terminology knowledge
· Previous experience in care management processes preferably in a health plan.
· Strong Organizational, written and communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills.

Stop Loss Coordinator

HealthEZ is seeking a Stop Loss Coordinator to join our team! This is a great role for someone who is passionate about healthcare and enjoys helping others. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all stop loss claims are filed timely with stop loss carriers. Further following up with stop loss carriers if claims are not reimbursed timely and appealing denied claims. Assist in audit functions when needed.
What You'll Do:
• File and track specific claims with stop loss carriers
• Oversee the Coordination of Benefits
• Send and monitor filings and potential large claim notifications
• Monitor large claimants relating to impacts on stop loss filings
• Assist department in coordinating policy year-end claims to ensure claims are paid within the stop loss contractual period.
• Update and maintain all stop loss claim Policy and Procedures
What We Expect from You:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Software: Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and the Ability to learn new systems.

What You'll Do:
Provide guidance to members and providers via telephone, email, and online messaging systems. Document the nature of the correspondence and resolution in call logs with detailed information. Research member and provider inquiries that were unable to be immediately resolved and provide timely follow-up communication. Escalate and transfer inquiries, as needed. Work with Client Experience team members, other internal business partners, and vendors to investigate and resolve questions and concerns raised by members and providers. Collaborate with the Client Experience Manager to develop personal goals and track progress to completion. Comply with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to HIPPA. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Expect from you:
Minimum of two years of experience in the customer service field. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Adobe. Ability to type over 55 wpm High school diploma and/or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or associate degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior healthcare experience or related insurance field preferred
