Grace Church - Eden Prairie 40 hours/week KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Female Discipleship Associate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of female small groups and leaders in NXT J-High. She will also support the overall leadership of NXT J-High and play a key role in all J-High programs, events, retreats, etc. The Female Discipleship Associate will serve in the following responsibilities: Make disciples through role as a J-High small group leader Intentionally pour into the female small group leaders in NXT J-High for the purposes of value, connection, and equipping Oversee J-High Wednesday Night first impressions (check-in, new students, café, dinner) Organize and Manage NXT J-High small groups in CCB Recruit volunteers (i.e., small group leaders, parent hall monitors, new student welcome team, café, and check-in volunteers). Serve as the first impression of Grace Church by answering the switchboard and greeting incoming guests, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. Grace Church, Eden Prairie POSITION STRUCTURE AND DETAILS Grace Church, Chaska Campus 28 hours/week Exempt KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Chaska Women’s Ministry Manager will lead all ministries geared specifically toward women at Grace Chaska. In collaboration with the Grace Church Chaska Senior Director (GCCSD) this leader will provide direction and foster the health and growth of the women’s ministry at Chaska. The scope of this responsibility includes overseeing the women’s small groups, as well as the appropriate integration of other elements of women’s ministry such as women’s events, classes, and counseling. The Grace Church Chaska Women’s Manager will report directly to the GCCSD, indirectly report (“dotted line” structure) with the Grace Church Women’s Director (GCWD), and will receive operational support from various support teams at the Eden Prairie campus. Partner with the GCCSD and GCWD to determine priorities for the women’s ministry to achieve Grace Church Chaska goals. Build a culture in women’s ministry that is consistent with Grace Chaska culture, focusing on equipping the leaders for ministry and helping participants grow in all 7 vital signs. Oversee women’s small groups: o Collaborate with GCCSD and GCWD on content and schedule o Determine and execute content training needs o Collaborate with GCCSD o Support small group leaders through coaching and appreciation. Determine additional ministry needs at Chaska, including events and classes, and build a team to execute. POSITION STRUCTURE AND DETAILS Grace Church, Eden Prairie Hours/week: 29 hours – Mon-Thurs 8:45 am – 4:30 pm Non-Exempt KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Grace Beginnings Infant Assistant Teacher will assist the Director in fostering the faith development of the infants who attend Grace Beginnings child care, help infants achieve curriculum goals by assisting with appropriate early childhood experiences and promoting the healthy emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth of each child involved in the program.
