Advantage Point Group, Inc. is looking for a registered Architect to add to our team. Most of the projects we work on are at a large corporate campus in St. Paul, MN. APG is an engineering consulting firm that has provided field and engineering services, construction, and project management, including architecture and design, mechanical & electrical engineering since 1983. www.apgroup.net Responsibilities You would be responsible for developing designs, specification and preparing construction documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplined engineering/design team while managing client expectations, job estimating, project budgets, and schedules. Applicant must be very well versed in: · Labs · Code review · Corporate office moves · Facilities upgrades and code compliance · AutoCAD · Bluebeam, preferred · Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint · Knowledge or SketchUp 3D modeling software is preferred, not required · Ability to do common architectural math calculations and dimensional measurements Other Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Architect.
