We are growing our team with an enthusiastic, people-focused customer service Customer Success Specialist (CSS). We are hiring for full-time Customer Success Specialists (40 hours per week) and full- and part-time seasonal (October - January) Customer Success Specialists. Our hybrid work schedule allows for 3 days in office with Thursday required and 2 days remote, at supervisor discretion. Overtime is available at 10 hours per week during our busy season! Full-time direct hire or Seasonal hours are 8:00-5:00 M-F. Part-time Seasonal hours must be worked within that timeframe, a minimum of 30 hours per week. There are no remote-only opportunities at this time. At Merchology, the Customer Success Specialist is the voice of Merchology to our customers after their order is placed. The role requires a high attention to detail and great communication skills working with both the customer and your internal colleagues. The successful Customer Success Specialist is responsible for: • Responding to customer inquiries regarding customized orders via phone, live chat, and email. • Utilizing multiple systems including HubSpot, Shopify, Outlook, and NetSuite. • Following customer instructions to ensure their order meets expectations • Asking detailed questions and clarifying request during the process • Providing regular updates to customers during order process, reaching out proactively if issues arise. • Collaborating with Production Coordinator on ship dates, rush requests, and deadlines. • Identifying order issues and collaborate with internal team to streamline solutions that result in the best possible outcome for our customers. • Accurately documenting customer information communicated to our team after order placement. • Completing other duties as assigned. Merchology is “customer logos + brands they love.” It’s pure brand awesomeness! Merchology seeks an Office Administrator to keep all of our ducks in a row at our new Plymouth facility. The right person for this position is organized, pays attention to details, and enjoys balancing multiple ducks…um, priorities! This position is onsite at our Plymouth office, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility within that timeframe is available, but this is a full-time position. The role will be positioned in the lobby in a low-traffic reception area, and the majority of the position will be supportive project work. The successful Office Administrator will: • Manage scheduling for CEO, CRO, and CMO • Organize and prepare for meetings for executives, gathering and printing documents and attending to logistics of meetings • Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations • Welcome and direct visitors and customers • Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages • Assist VP of People and Human Resources staff and committees by leading event planning. This includes budgeting and tracking, purchasing food/decor/material/supplies, and providing staff communications on all events • Serve as an active member of our culture committees – Social, Giveback, and Diversity & Inclusion (additional committees may be added). Take notes, assist with events, and provide follow up following the committee meetings • Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories • Assemble, edit, and proofread all-employee communications, specifically Quarterly All-Hands presentations • Maintain inventory of office supplies • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for executive team • Manage company-wide communications to each of our sites in MN, PA and NV • Provide miscellaneous support - solve problems, find answers, and help people!
