Marketing & Project Management Administration

 

The Marketing & Project Management Admin should have strong computer and project management skills. The candidate should have aptitude and be excited to learn and improve these skills.

Job Description: Marketing & Project Management Administration

The Candidate will have the opportunity to support and lead the following types of activities and tasks:

1. Support the Pre-Sales and Sales Processes
2. Provide Project Management for Sold Projects
3. Work with Supplier Partners on Quotes and Order Fulfillment
4. Coordinate with Clients During Order Confirmation and Installation Phases of Projects
5. Manage Website Updates with New Projects, Blog Entries, etc.
6. Respond and Follow Up on Website Marketing Leads
7. Create and Manage Marketing Campaigns (Email, Website, Mail, Phone)
8. Plan and Manage Trade Show Participation
9. Manage and Support the CRM Technology – Systems and Process
10. Create Client Site Visit, Design and Quote Documents
11. Deliver Installation Software Training and Ongoing Support (Digital sign design software)
12. Follow Up on Client and Prospect Requests
13. Participate in Company Process Design & Execution
     a. Provide Support to Help Meet Current and Future Project Requirements
     b. Help Position the Think Digital Signs for Scalability and Growth
