MCF Sales Manager Role

We are small business lending consultants helping small business owner obtain financing through various banks and other financial instruments.
Our Sales Manager, Minnesota Region will provide leadership to local field representatives, develop partnerships with hospitals, EMS and healthcare systems and manage customer relationships to help close business.
Our ideal candidate will have (required):
5+ years demonstrated success in a sales territory management role, leading a team of sales representatives.
Experience consulting with small business owners.
College or University degree, associates or higher. (Practical experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Ability to accurately forecast on a customer, territory and regional level.
Strong communication skills, the discipline to maintain a consistent schedule and document all activities in CRM system.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in MN.

Territory includes Minnesota.
We offer a competitive salary $70,000 + rewarding commission structure. Travel/Expenses budget, Medical Benefits and Paid time off are also provided.
