Our client is looking to add an exceptionally versatile Admin. Assistant/Clerk. If you are comfortable on a computer, have common sense, can wear a variety of administrative hats, then this may be the perfect part time position for you!  


BENEFITS AND HOURS OF Part Time Admin Assistant-Accounting-General Clerk:

$12-15/hr. DOE

M-F, Part Time Hours, 4-5 days a week.

Located in Plymouth


JOB DESCRIPTION for Part Time Admin Assistant-Accounting-General Clerk:

Process accounts receivable

Answering emails

Sending invoices and payment copies to customers

Screening phone calls

Scanning documents and filing  


REQUIREMENTS for Part Time Admin Assistant-Accounting-General Clerk:

Previous Office Experience and Office Software Experience required

No degree required

Common Sense, Quick Learner

Experience with Accounts Receivable preferred

Must have attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving skills
