M-F, Part Time Hours, 4-5 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION for Part Time Admin Assistant-Accounting-General Clerk:
Process accounts receivable
Sending invoices and payment copies to customers
Screening phone calls
Scanning documents and filing
REQUIREMENTS for Part Time Admin Assistant-Accounting-General Clerk:
Previous Office Experience and Office Software Experience required
No degree required
Common Sense, Quick Learner
Experience with Accounts Receivable preferred
Must have attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving skills
