Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager @ Baker Publishing Group
About this position:
Baker Publishing Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the Executive VP and general office management for the Bloomington-based divisions.
Duties will include:
Assisting the Director in the staffing and management of the publishing house
Maintenance of local HR processes, files, and data
Acting as primary tenant contact for landlord
Overseeing facilities and equipment management services and maintaining office supplies
Managing receptionist staff
Preparing for and arranging video- and teleconference meetings and arranging travel details
Other duties as assigned
Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Previous experience assisting executive-level management
Previous supervisory experience
Personal alignment with corporate mission
Proven record of being proactive, detail-oriented, and persistent
Previous experience with FileMaker Pro databases is a plus
Compensation and benefits:
