Teachers On Call is currently hiring talented Teachers & Special Education and Regular Education Paraprofessionals to work in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area!

We are currently hiring for the following districts and Charter Schools (but not limited too):




-Howard Lake/Waverly

-Intermediate 287 (South and West Metro)

-Intermediate 917 (South Metro)

-Minneapolis (Charter Schools)

-Northeast Metro 916 (North Metro)

-Prior Lake/Savage

-St. Paul Public Schools (and Charter Schools)



  • Assist classroom teachers with tasks as requested.

  • Work with special education or regular education students in small groups or one on one.

  • Take precautions to ensure safety of students/staff.

  • Supervise lunch, recess, and/or study hall as needed.

  • Work cooperatively with school staff.

  • Be willing to assist with self-help skills, students with mobility issues, bathroom/changing assistance, or other developmental delays as needed.

  • Any other duties as requested by the school.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Teachers: Must hold a valid MN Teaching License or a Short Call License

  • Paraprofessionals: Must have at least a high school diploma, some districts require 60+ college credits – NO EXPIERENCE NESSESARY!!!

  • Must have ability to follow both oral and written directions/instructions

  • Must have ability to communicate effectively through both oral and written means

  • Must have ability to be professional in appearance, attitude, and demeanor

  • Must be able to maintain student and staff confidentiality
