This opportunity will be the sole HR person for a privately held, small machinery company reporting to the President/CEO.
This individual will be responsible for the overall human resources function including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits management, performance management, compliance, Workers' Compensation, safety, and payroll.
Good opportunity for someone who likes to run HR independently and who can work both strategically and tactically.
5+ years human resource experience with at least 2 years in a generalist role required.
