Job Summary:


Insurance Warehouse is a growing company in the Twin Cities that needs to add a Customer Service Manager to our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our dedicated Customer Service Associates.


We need a Customer Service Manager who can take charge of our customer service department and foster positive relationships with our clients. If you know how to find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns, you’d be a perfect fit for this position.

  • Oversee our customer service team

  • Manage and Train Customer Service Associates

  • Coach Customer Associates on phones, procedures, systems and how to build relationships

  • Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

  • Provided updated reports on results of Insurance Warehouse




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred

  • 2 Years of Experience in an Insurance based office

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer Service Background
