Customer Services Specialist @ ONE FINANCIAL NETWORK

Be part of a successful and rapidly growing service team for a national insurance agency committed to helping families and individuals protect their homes, automobiles, and other valuable assets. Help assist our clients with service inquiries including policy changes, billing questions, and the remarketing of existing clients to new insurance carriers. The position requires knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, superior phone communication skills, exceptional listening skills and creative problem solving.

Duties Include:

  • Receive inbound calls to assist new & existing customers with inquires while making changes to policies as needed, documenting these changes in our agency management system and setting follow-up notices if needed

  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

  • Process policies, collect electronic signatures, run customer & company policy payments

  • Respond to email service requests quickly and efficiently

  • Place outbound calls to follow up customer inquiries, payment reminders, mortgagee and lien updates

  • Process requests for insurance binders on new business quickly and efficiently•

  • Send follow up communications to new and existing clients for payments and underwriting notices

  • Complete special projects as requested

  • Communicate efficiently with customer service team members, producers and management

  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook


  • P & C license preferred but not required

  • College degree preferred but not required

  • 2 or more years of related experience in agency customer service

  • Knowledge of personal lines coverage forms, products, pricing tools and underwriting criteria
