DriSteem currently has an opening for an energetic, dynamic Marketing Coordinator. We are looking for someone who can see opportunities and wants to make a difference as part of a growing team.
Coordinates marketing programs, inquiry handling, event management, promotional and communication programs/projects in a manner that will support strategic plans to achieve industry leadership recognition, and revenue growth.
Manage the content, update, and ensure the timely distribution of all DRI-STEEM sales and marketing tools.
Manage, organize, improve, and maintain (add, change, delete) the DRI-STEEM customer and representative databases. Supplement with outside information and list management services where necessary.
Organizes details and scheduling of customer visits.
Monitors the marketing materials to ensure compliance to themes, messages, formats, availability and costs. Responsible for inventory and organization of all materials.
Coordinates the inquiry handling systems, analyzes follow-up letters, gathers data, and prepares reports as required.
Recommends and implements ways to improve methods and procedures currently being used to increase overall efficiency.
Keep supervisor informed of job related problems and other information related to work activity.
Supports continual compliance with ISO 9001 standards and procedures.
Coordinate all mailings, electronic and physical. Coordinate outside resources if required to execute mailings.
Coordinate special marketing projects and programs as appropriate including, but not limited to special events and promotional programs.
Coordination of all internal and external DRI-STEEM events including: Open houses,
AHR Expo & all tradeshows, Demo scheduling, Training sessions – any location and webinars, Rep hosted events, and all-company meetings. Assists HR with other employee events and programs as needed
Manage the promotional items program for both internal and external customers. Select items, monitors inventories, and request replenishments to inventory as required. Manage program to budget.
Responsible for content and production of Steemlines, the monthly employee newsletter.
Ensures that internal teams are informed of events and customer visits as appropriate.
Performs related work as apparent or assigned and provides back-up front desk coverage as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least two years of related experience in Marketing or Business Administration.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Familiar with marketing, design and database software programs.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and varied projects.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to work well with employees at all levels.
Strong business and financial acumen.
