Marketing Specialist/Event Coordinator
Assist the Marketing team with initiatives related to tradeshows, product trailer, product literature updates, sales giveaways, general marketing and administrative functions.
Coordinate and execute all activity related to tradeshows and special event activity.
Works with other team members to create audience and product specific messaging and graphics for tradeshow and event activity.
Coordinate project schedules, track project execution and maintain communication with outside agencies and internal teams
Complete trade show-related forms
Arrange freight shipments of booth and equipment to trade shows, acting as liaison between outside personnel and Warehouse staff for coordination of tradeshow property requests
Maintain all internal documentation of tradeshow schedules and activities
Send out regular updates communicating personnel involvement per tradeshow.
Gather show leads and distribute as appropriate.
Maintain the tradeshow and event scheduling including regular maintenace of the product trailer.
Act as scheduling liaison between two Demonstration Drivers and all Regional Sales Managers to coordinate and support tradeshow and sales initiatives.
Communicate the schedule appropriately.
Work with other departments to ensure trailer and product are in good condition.
Work with Drivers to monitor the vehicles pulling trailers for replacement/maintenance.
Assist in the coordination, development and execution of marketing programs and collateral.
Assists marketing in maintaining product documentation
Assists with on-going management of documentation projects (product data sheets, training guides, application catalog, collateral procedures and various other documents) with meticulous attention to detail.
Assists in maintaining Association Memberships
Coordinates the ordering of Sales calendars
Operates as vendor contact for maintenance of employee sales portal for the ordering of collateral and miscellaneous branded items.
Assists in maintenance of customer list database as well as other marketing databases by keeping lists accurate and up-to-date as well as generating reports as requested.
Fosters a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
Performs other duties or responsibilities as required.
Bachelor degree with emphasis in marketing preferred, or equivalent experience
Working proficiency with full MS Office suite required
Experience with the full Adobe Office Suite required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to handle high volume of work in interrupt driven paced environment.
