Apothecary Products (APL) is currently seeking a Customer Relations Representative (also known as Customer Service Representative) to join our team.
The Customer Relations Representative supports Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) as part of a team by serving as first point of contact for incoming calls for small independent pharmacy and wholesale customers.
This role supports processing orders, handling communications, handling post-sale customer service issues and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This position works to continually develop business with their assigned customers, delivering the best possible service to our customers, while contributing to APL sales growth.
The incumbent ensures the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives, provides post-sale support and tirelessly promotes and supports the APL brand.

Serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails for small independent pharmacy and wholesale customers.
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships through all phases of the sales process to include initial and recurring orders; ensures orders ship on time to meet customer’s expectations; communicates back to customer with changes.
Documents customer feedback received according to APL procedures.
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives; which includes following APL procedures to address customer needs/issues:
Tracking package status
Processing of returns material authorization (RMA)
Managing defective or damaged items, mispicks and short ships
Writing credit memos
Handles all customer calls promptly and professionally, with respect and tact.
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of delivering outstanding business to business customer service experiences both in verbal and written (English) forms with emphasis on detail, accuracy, and promptness
Work experience for similar industry as APL
Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service role; Call Center environment a plus
Demonstrable strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of being quickly proficient in ERP; proficient with Internet to assist customers in navigating company websites and/or portals
