As a member of the Human Resource Team, the Campus Recruiter leads full-cycle Intern and Associate (entry-level) staffing processes. This individual works closely with Partners-In-Charge to assess each department’s needs and develop a plan to obtain necessary talent. This individual will also develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with candidates, school contacts (career center and accounting/finance department staff) and Boulay team members to effectively promote and implement campus events and in-office activities. This individual is responsible for representing the Firm in a professional manner, actively promoting the Firm brand, culture and opportunities.


Campus Recruiting Programs

• Collaborates with Partners-In-Charge (PICs) to assess and define Intern and Associate (entry level) staffing needs

• Administers fall and spring campus recruiting processes

o Coordinates On-Campus Career Fairs- attendees, materials, gifts, ads

o Arranges accounting club activities (socials, tours, speaking events, banquets, etc.)

o Schedules class presentations

o Reviews resumes, assesses, and interviews all Intern and Associate candidates

• Manages all processes related to summer leadership programs - Boulay Bound & ASPIRE

• Conducts marketing of programs on campuses

• Conducts initial interviews and participant selection

• Manages Reconnection Events for campus candidates throughout the year.

Internships Programs

• Acts as a resource to Interns throughout their Internship

• Coordinates mid-Internship and final Internship performance evaluations


• Maintains firm-wide staffing document that complies and analyzes statistical information

• Assists Human Resources team with various research and/or special projects


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field required

• 2-4 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably for a professional services firm

• Well-rounded knowledge of recruitment and human resource strategies and practices

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines

• Significant travel required during peak on-campus seasons (25% or more of time), manages work routines that will require working outside normal business hours, i.e. program training, events

• Proficient use of applicable technology

• High standards and attention to detail including an eye for formatting and aesthetics

• Strong planning and time management skills

• Maintains professional and appropriate conduct; represents Firm and self well in all work-related situations

• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and groups of people


• Experience in, or knowledge of, professional services and/or the public accounting industry

• Proficient use of applicant tracking systems or client relationship management platforms

• Passion for working with and assessing University students
