Administrative Assistant

Successful insurance and investment firm in Plymouth, MN seeks a goal-driven and detail-oriented individual for a full-time office position. Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Accuracy, efficiency, and great communication skills are important qualities for this position. The duties of this position includes (but is not limited to) both phone and in-person interaction with individual and group clients, paperwork, and general office support. As we are a smaller office, this position will also include various extra administrative duties as assigned, especially during the training process. The person we seek is personable, dependable, and professional with a high attention to detail. Knowledge of common office equipment and technology is required: phone, computer & internet, Microsoft Office, etc. Must be able to work independently and/or with a team as directed. We are hoping to find someone who wants a long-term position. This position offers an excellent chance to develop and grow with the company. Please submit a cover letter along with your resume.
