The person in this role will have the opportunity to “re-imagine HR” and help standardize processes that have been operating in a more decentralized environment. This individual will lead the charge of automating manual processes so that more time can be spent focusing on employee engagement and strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will have been through a similar transformation. This position will manage a team of 8 and will help transform them into true business partners. Experience in a service industry business with a decentralized workforce of 3,000 or more employees is highly desirable. Preferred experience in facility services/retail environments.

Primary focus will be in talent management and organization development initiatives along with employee relations and change management. Ideal candidates will have direct experience supporting Technology, Product and/or Marketing organizations and will be experienced in organization development and talent management practices. Experience interacting with, presenting to and consulting to C-suite level leaders is important. Minimum Qualifications: 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience required and 2+ years of direct support for Technology and/or Product required.
