Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound calling
Utilize e-mail, internet, internal applications, and knowledge-based resources to research solutions and solve problems while keeping customers/co-workers updated
Respond to customer requests via e-mail, voicemail, and online company portal
Coordinate service for Warners' Stellian appliance technicians and outside services
Remain professional while on the phone and when communicating with customers/co-workers
Able to type at least 40 words per minute and work in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year inbound call center or scheduling experience
Minimum of 40+ WPM
Excellent communication skills
