Hammer Made is a growing Minneapolis-based men’s clothing designer with a distinctive collection of limited-run shirts, apparel and accessories. With nine retail stores in four major U.S. markets and a rapidly-growing e-commerce presence, Hammer Made is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to bolster our growing headquarters team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing Hammer Made’s digital marketing initiatives.

Design, execute and manage automation and lead generation efforts to drive web sales and generate store visits
Develop and execute regular email marketing campaigns
Content Management of HammerMade.com and supporting landing pages
Regular reporting and analysis of major web and store performance-related KPIs
E-Commerce Website Management and Merchandising (Magento)
Planning, design and execution of weekly email marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing: Pay per Click, Retargeting and other digital advertising strategies
Local Store Marketing Support needs including, but not limited to traffic-driving initiatives, geofenced marketing and visual merchandising.
Building, Executing and Managing Marketing Automation campaigns
Willingness and ability to stay up-to-date on new digital marketing trends and opportunities
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Be metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
Analytical and data-driven – can track the ROI of paid channels/SEO experience and understanding of best practices
Solid understanding of paid media landscape, including new/shifting platforms and solutions
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or related discipline
3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in marketing automation, email marketing, or related field, experience carrying out impactful digital campaigns that drive valuable results
Email Marketing and Marketing Automation experience is a must-have
A successful track record of scaling paid digital media efforts and reporting on metrics to leadership.
Experience building and managing lead funnels
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other KPI reporting tools
Technical skills required: Web development experience and/or basic understanding of HTML Magento, WordPress or other CMS management experience
Technical skills preferred: Graphic Design experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), HubSpot, Social Media Management, Photography and video editing skills,
Media Buying experience is a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.

The employee is frequently required to work on a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel : This position does not include out of town travel.
