We are searching for a Sr. Web Analyst for our Home Service Digital Operations team in Bloomington, MN. We need someone who is passionate about providing insights that identify business trends and behavior using web analytics to help us shape projects and make impactful business decisions.

This individual will support our success in driving digital growth and improved customer experience by relaying data as actionable insights, ongoing reports, and value-driven recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Web Analytics

Configure and use web analytics data to recognize patterns and trends to understand visitor behavior and identify improvement opportunities, increase of traffic, conversions and revenue

  • Data guided decision making - identify digital experience improvement needs using customer, web, and industry data. Develop, pull, and analyze information from various sources including Adobe Analytics, Foresee, etc. Advocate for highest impact needs, help develop the business case, and provide inputs for ROI.


Create, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports on channels including long-term traffic trends, customer journey insights, product and/or page performance, new vs existing customer and online customer engagement, and audience segments including platforms and devices.

Data Integrity & Accuracy

Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data via the continual monitoring, assessment, and auditing of site and program tags. Recommend needed changes to tagging to improve current and future needed insights as part of projects and ongoing optimization.

Measurement plans

Develop and present recommended measurement plans to cross-functional partners. Set KPIs and develop plans that align with client business objectives. Act as a key partner throughout various digital project lifecycles consulting on success metrics and insights to shape project outcome and iterative improvements.


Assist with the ideation, development, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests aimed at increasing website engagement and conversion

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • 3-5 years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Adobe Reporting & Analytics, Google Analytics, ClickTracks, WebTrends, CoreMetrics etc.

  • 3-5 years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce environment

  • Two years of experience in advanced retail web analytics methodologies such as testing and optimization

  • This role will work with the following tools and more: Adobe Reporting & Analytics (Report Builder, Data Warehouse, Workspace), Adobe Target, CMS, Foresee, Bazaarvoice, Gigya, IdentityMind, AgileOne

  • SAS, SQL experience desired

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations

  • Creative thinker and passionate problem solver who loves to get hands-on with complex data

  • Results oriented and drive for success; displays sense of urgency and persistence until goals are met; applies problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles

  • Excellent communication skills including ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner

  • Collaborative - ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, end users and technical resources.

  • Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills with comfort in being self-directed and leading multiple initiatives in various stages of progress.
