Sales Executive

Headquartered in Minnetonka, Opportunity Partners is a leading provider of reliable, high quality production and fulfillment services.  As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for pursuing exclusively New Business using all outboard sales activities, implementing a strategic sales approach in targeting prospective companies. Individuals in this role will apply their research/analytical skills, ability to build client relationships and consultative sales skills to understand client needs and win new business.  Specifically, you will:

 

  • Through research and networking, develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.  Your territory will include the entire Twin Cities metro area; no overnight travel required.

  • Determine the requirements, budget, decision process, timeline, and business priority for client projects.

  • Lead the development of sales proposals and customer presentations.

  • Continuously follow up with potential customers to close business proposals.

  • Fully participate in terms and conditions negotiations.

  • Guide the transition of new projects into production.

  • Work closely with other members of the Sales team to determine the feasibility and fit of potential projects with Opportunity Partners' capabilities.

 

Your skills should include:

 

  • Passion for attracting New Business rather than Account Management

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Persistence and a demonstrated “can do” attitude

  • Proven performance prospecting and landing new accounts

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency

  • Excellent networking skills

  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred

  • 1 Year of sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with CRM preferred

 

The base pay for this position is $50k with UNCAPPED commission ($20k at plan), an excellent benefits package, flexibility and independence.  At Opportunity Partners we truly care about our employees, and we want to help you meet your professional and personal goals.
