The Marketing Specialist will coordinate the development and implementation of the company’s marketing communications programs. Manages Evolve's social media initiatives and works with the Evolve team to plan and coordinate activities for trade shows, website and materials for the purpose of branding and lead generation. Effective time management with marketing communications tasks including events and coordination of outsourced marketing activities. Must be high-energy, team player willing to contribute and participate in any and all aspects of marketing communications. This position is the ideal role for someone who is looking to launch their career in marketing within in a start-up environment in the exciting field of additive manufacturing/3D printing. Requires 0-3 years of marketing experience.
Coordination in the development and implementation of the marketing communications programs.
Coordinates the production of marketing communications materials, including literature, promotions, outbound e-mail & lead generation campaigns, customer case studies, webinars etc.
Ensures that marketing materials position the company and its products for high visibility with customers, partners, trade associations, social media platforms, outside vendors and media audiences.
Management of selected trade shows and events including pre-show logistics, event management and execution as well as post-show follow-up and analysis
Team member working with Evolve across MN, NY and remote locations to ensure the company is widely and positively represented in the industry and vertical market.
Contributes to the measurement and analysis of marketing activities to determine program effectiveness
Strong understanding of social media tools such as Twitter, LinkedIn as well as website development tools such as HTML, CMS for daily work, with inbound marketing tools (HubSpot/Marketo likes),
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
Exemplary attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Budget planning and expense tracking ability
Demonstrated skills with social media platforms.
Familiarity in interpretation of and compliance to industry regulations regarding exhibit property erection and dismantling, event management, union rules/regulations, etc.
Strong knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Adobe Creative suite preferred
Ability to manage vendors and temporary union staff at tradeshow and company events
