About Evolve Additive Solutions

Evolve Additive Solutions is creating the future of plastics manufacturing with Selective Thermoplastic Electrophotographic Process (STEP) technology -- the first Additive Manufacturing technology to rival traditional processes like injection molding and CNC machining in quality and cost, while bringing to industrial scale the advantages of Additive. We are building an Engineering and Operations team to commercialize our STEP technology, backed by industry stalwarts including LEGO Brand Group and Stanley Black & Decker.

Our business is selling industrial scale 3D printers and the raw materials that feed them. Our customers are medium and large-scale manufacturers of consumer and industrial products. Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules and budgets for Product Development, Order Fulfilment, facilities improvement, and business-process-development projects

  • Support functional team leaders in planning and estimating work, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving schedule and budget issues

  • Support Engineering and Operations management in capacity management, budgeting, estimating, and quotation

  • Perform project administrative and documentation tasks

  • Contribute to the definition of standards, formats, and tools for Product Development and Order Fulfilment process documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher

  • Authorized to work in the United States and without travel restrictions

  • Three years’ experience in a Project Management -related role in a manufacturing company

  • Thorough familiarity with Project Management principles and tools

  • At least one years’ experience using Microsoft Project or similar application in a business-critical capacity

  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Strong drive and resilience and ability to be productive with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with people with highly diverse backgrounds

  • Fully proficient with Windows Office applications

  • Some participation in application of structured problem-solving frameworks such as Six Sigma or 8D

Differentiating Characteristics

  • BS or higher education

  • PMP certification

  • Engineering and Product Development experience

  • Capital equipment manufacturing experience

  • IT or software development experience

  • Customer project experience
