Co-op Administrative Assistant: United Hardware Distributing in Plymouth, MN is seeking a full-time Co-op Administrative Assistant for our Creative Support Services Department.
United Hardware Distributing Co. is a full-line wholesale hardware distributor providing products, retail programs and support services to independent retailers. Headquartered in Plymouth, MN, United Hardware services dealers from its 400,000 square foot distribution center in Milbank, SD and delivers to locations in 18 states.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process Market Specific and Quickpay Co-op claims and issue dealer credits within 30 days of claim receipt. Organize and maintain files of store co-op claims for easy access and retrieval
Monitor dealer claims to ensure they meet current co-op guidelines, contacting dealer for more information if needed. Report to Supervisor any issues with dealers providing the correct forms, proof of performance, request for late credits etc.
Answer dealer questions regarding available co-op dollars, status of a credit and other co-op questions
Coordinate with Supervisor on the publication of revisions to the dealer co-op guidelines in the Dealer News and website
Organize the monthly Quickpay ads for easy access and historical records
Coordinate with Supervisor to create our annual Co-op Handbook to distribute to the stores, revise and changes to the dealer “How To Guides”
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED
Telephone, copy machine and Adobe Acrobat
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
