Our Crossroads Career Network team could use ongoing help to manage our social media presence and event marketing.
The role requires someone with professional experience and expertise in digital marketing with LinkedIn, Facebook, Google AdWords, and other social media venues. Tracking results and understanding how to improve our reach and exposure is critical.
Consistency over time is important, so please only volunteer if you know you will be willing and able to contribute to this while also employed professionally.
This is an unpaid / volunteer role without monetary compensation... however, offers a great deal of satisfaction from impacting others by reaching and helping people during a time of transition in their lives and careers.
Time commitment probably necessary for this role, for someone with appropriate expertise, would likely be 2 to 4 hours per month most of the year, with spikes in time and effort leading up to major Crossroads events in December and April.
Our purpose is to help mis-employed and unemployed people throughout the Twin Cities with effective strategies and resources for a job search, while helping them hear and follow God's calling in their life and their work.
