ServiceMaster Restore – Eagan, MN

We are ServiceMaster by Hedden and Superior Construction Services. We are recognized nationally for our award-winning response to residential and commercial man-made and nature-made disasters, as well as our commercial and residential cleaning expertise. We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong relationship building skills for our Eagan, MN location and surrounding Southern Twin Cities territory.

Our ideal Candidate's responsibilities include but aren't limited to;

  • Securing new accounts as well as managing the existing customers; prospecting, proposal development, and delivery.

  • Calling on established industry-based clients.

  • Meet or exceed all activity standards for calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and revenues.

  • Properly manage and maintain sales reporting functions.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to enhance and promote a professional Company image.

  • Respond to a loss onsite as necessary to provide best in-service response for our client base.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience. Mitigation, construction, or residential/commercial insurance company experience preferred, but not required.

  • Res/Comm Insurance Adjusters/Agents with at least 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Superior and proven sales skills with the ability to successfully take relationships to a strategic sales level.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Results oriented and a competitive desire to build your territory business.

  • Ability to present to associations/groups/businesses with expertise and authority.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • High-level of ethics and integrity.

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our annual bonus plan designed to reward performance based on sales production. Benefit package includes health, dental, vision, FSA, Life and AD&D Insurance, additional supplemental disability and legal insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a match.
