This position will have a diverse range of responsibilities by working on cross company projects/initiatives on behalf of the Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Independently manage leaders' calendar and prioritize meetings. Schedule meetings and/or conferences by interacting with internal/external clients/partners to coordinate calendars, accommodations, meeting materials and supplies.
May read and respond to emails and requests on behalf of the leader; ensure leader is informed of pending requests or requests where follow up is required.
Prepare expense reports, invoices, presentations, internal/external communication, travel arrangements, and other misc. items.
Coordinate/administer division programs, off sites, and special events or conferences.
Respond to ad hoc requests and provide project/program support representing the team (researching issues or questions about policies or practices, coordinate a conference, etc.).
Responsible to manage all aspects of the GC's travel arrangements includes international travel to include passports / visa needs, commercial flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, securing meeting rooms and catering needs
Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
Participate and/or lead special projects as necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent
Five to eight years of experience in executive administrative and support staff activities
Manage the highest level of very sensitive confidential information in a discreet manner
Daily interaction with high-level contacts, both internal and external and exposure to sensitive information requiring use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to work well independently, collaborate with team members at all levels of the, and under pressure.
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement.
Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence including managing multiple projects and priorities for yourself and others in an efficient manner, rapid turnaround as required, and generally perform in a fast-paced environment.
