The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to effectively communicate the Allstar Holdings LLC brand, products and offerings. This innovative, creative, independent person will thrive on challenging old ideas to create new concepts. You will be supporting the development, implementation and management of local lead generation, marketing and media plans, will execute local events, home & trade shows and promotions as well as all local advertising and marketing collateral to ensure it is on-brand and on-strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends and best practices will be essential as you perform day-to-day website updates and enhancements to support marketing strategy and optimize customer experience and assist with social media content publishing, and community management.
Your ability to establish and maintain relationships within the industry, outside vendors and other relevant audiences will be vital as you contribute to the management of outside vendors to help oversee the creation, production and inventory of digital assets, literature, technical data sheets and tradeshow/event properties.
Your superior communication and interpersonal skills will be a valued asset as you plan and execute corporate affairs, customer-facing events and conferences, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and event objectives.
Maintain and expand Client Relationship software database
Work closely with office teams to ensure project outcomes
Partner with sales team to ensure a successful, high-quality customer experience
Analysis of the effectiveness (ROI) of all marketing efforts, lead reporting, and overall project management skills
Ideal candidate will possess:
10+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. Knowledge of business development, budgeting, and business acumen, ideally knowledge of the construction industry
Able to work autonomously and uniquely, as needed, for the Allstar divisions
Possesses a drive for business results, showcasing strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, ability to think strategically, self-motivation, and a passion for marketing in the construction industry
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge and experience with using and managing a Client Relationship software
Strong organizational, time management, and execution skills; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and respond with appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-past environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
