Marketing Coordinator @ Boulay

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our firm as a Marketing Coordinator. Based in Eden Prairie, this role works directly with the Director of Marketing and marketing team to implement marketing communication projects that support brand development, relationship growth and revenue-generation activities. The Marketing Coordinator assists with the execution of Boulay’s marketing strategy by performing a range of administrative and marketing support duties such as writing, editing and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proposals, presentation materials, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral for various marketing programs

  • Create and develop press releases

  • Create social media posts

  • Update corporate website content

  • Prepare internal communications and event announcements

  • Coordinate reporting for marketing communications and related projects

  • Coordinate and provide assistance for firm networking events, seminars and tradeshows

  • Assists with marketing projects that include: creating marketing reports, conducting research on target companies and other related assignments

  • Providing support to the Director of Marketing, Marketing team, and other general marketing duties as needed

Qualifications and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related

  • 0-3 three years related experience and/or training

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent copyright skills and able to rework technical aspects for a broad range of audience

  • Social media knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and juggle competing priorities with coaching and supervision

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management

  • Strong capabilities in researching and analyzing information to support marketing programs and initiatives

  • Solid Interpersonal skills; team player; flexible

  • Knowledge of email marketing automation, design and management of lists

  • Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite products
