Inside Sales Professional

Job Purpose:

As an Inside Sales Professional at Pakor you will make telephone calls to existing customers or reach out to potential customers and use your selling skills to establish customer relationships, generate sales orders, grow Pakor’s market presence, and strengthen the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and make sales calls to build long term relationships.

  • Demonstrate sufficient technical acumen to be credible in securing sales.

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

  • Develop strategies for expanding the level of business in accounts and/or territory

  • Use customer relationship management system (CRM tools) to track customer interactions and progress

  • Develop the knowledge to present technical business solutions to customers.

  • Work toward achieving 100% of assigned call volume and sales budget.

Qualifications:

  • Two years professional selling experience.

  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented

Competencies:

• Understand and use basic technology as tools (e.g. computer programs, telephone).

• Customer Focus - Quickly and effectively solve customer problems.

  • Show a significant level of effort, persistence, and time commitment to achieve goals.

• Keep manager informed about progress, problems, and ideas outside of job scope.

Outbound Sales Professional

Compensation: $15 plus commission (average comp: $25 to $30/hour) Employment type: Contract

If you are looking for part time work while in between careers this role is a great fit. This is a contract role with our inside sales team. The hours are flexible, with 15-30 hours per week expected, Monday- Friday 9-4. This role must be in office to access company computer.

As an Outbound Sales Professional with Pakor, you will simply call previous customers to re-establish relationships and to assist with products they need to help their business run more efficiently, as well as to push leads out to our sales force. No cold calling. Commissions will be paid for every lead. Must be comfortable on the phone with sales ability.
