The Client Experience Coordinator has the responsibility of anticipating and fulfilling our clients needs while creating a warm and welcoming environment. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client Service
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Promote a first-class experience to all visitors
Uses everyones name in all greetings and farewells, offers beverages when applicable
Anticipates and fulfills needs
Resolves client complaints; takes action to resolve problems in an effort to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
Responds to all client requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on NM knowledge
Assist and accommodate special guests with all requests and other needs they may have on their site visit
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Front Desk Tasks
Attend to the front desk at all times
Pleasantly answer all incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system, and direct appropriately
Assure that front lobby collateral is updated, current and neatly organized
Assure that front lobby and conference rooms are neat and presentable at all times
Responsible for beverage tracking, supply, and storage, including cleanliness of storage spaces
Responsible for maintaining and managing office and breakroom supplies, including cleanliness and organization of storage spaces
Complete daily check logging
Support other team members as needed or requested
Complete daily duties timely and efficiently
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Has a positive attitude on a regular basis and a generous spirit
Is intuitive and has a proactive approach to serving others
Strong customer service, communication skills and attention to detail
Desire to build long term relationships with clients, coworkers and office affiliates
Ability to work independently with the goals of the organization, and team, in mind
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to take on multiple projects at one time
