The Client Experience Coordinator has the responsibility of anticipating and fulfilling our clients needs while creating a warm and welcoming environment. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client Service

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible

  • Promote a first-class experience to all visitors

  • Uses everyones name in all greetings and farewells, offers beverages when applicable

  • Anticipates and fulfills needs

  • Resolves client complaints; takes action to resolve problems in an effort to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality

  • Responds to all client requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on NM knowledge

  • Assist and accommodate special guests with all requests and other needs they may have on their site visit

  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Front Desk Tasks

  • Attend to the front desk at all times

  • Pleasantly answer all incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system, and direct appropriately

  • Assure that front lobby collateral is updated, current and neatly organized

  • Assure that front lobby and conference rooms are neat and presentable at all times

  • Responsible for beverage tracking, supply, and storage, including cleanliness of storage spaces

  • Responsible for maintaining and managing office and breakroom supplies, including cleanliness and organization of storage spaces

  • Complete daily check logging

  • Support other team members as needed or requested

  • Complete daily duties timely and efficiently

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Has a positive attitude on a regular basis and a generous spirit

  • Is intuitive and has a proactive approach to serving others

  • Strong customer service, communication skills and attention to detail

  • Desire to build long term relationships with clients, coworkers and office affiliates

  • Ability to work independently with the goals of the organization, and team, in mind

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Ability to take on multiple projects at one time
