Customer Service Representatives (Plymouth)

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Pakor inside team. If you've got customer support in your blood, and you love to do that little bit extra to make customers happy, assisting our clients with products they need and to help their business run more efficiently, this is a great position. (If you have experience in the photography industry that will be an added bonus!)
Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage up to 100 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment providing prompt issue resolution and order entry. Ability to process new accounts and occasional miscellaneous projects.
Customer-first problem solving and resolution including website orders, web chat and forum support.
Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional customer service. Work in concert with the outside sales force to increase our market share.
Utilize our CRM system to maintain a record of all activities inside of each account. This involves many including daily updates on account activities, as well as maintaining accurate records identifying and recording competitive information on accounts.
Minimum one year of related experience in customer service, or related area.
Basic proficiency with MS Office.
Meets established quality measures for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
