Job Title: Office Administrator, Financial Services

Job Description: We are a growing organization, that helps individuals to feel secure with their financial future. Dedicated to our clients through the changes within their business, personal, or family situations. We are looking for an individual who can help support the Financial Advisor, with office administration as well as client interaction.

Position Responsibilities

  • Supporting and assisting team members related to meetings and office needs

  • Client engagement and interaction, gathering details and responding to inquiries

  • Complete client documentation of investments and broker dealer forms

  • Review and manage client files

  • Gather and request details from clients and investment dealers as needed

  • Schedule and prepare client documents prior to meetings with Advisor

  • Manage Advisors calendar

  • Provides backup support for all office management duties, including support of meetings, ordering food, and setting up

  • Manage projects both small and large, which will help move the business forward

Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of Office Support within a financial environment

  • Experience working directly with clients

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Series 7 & 63 license (preferred)

  • Life Insurance license (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills – phone and in person

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Step ahead of the Advisor with issues and questions to drive successes

  • Ability to follow up and be consistent with details work as needed
