We are looking to add a Provider Network and Credentialing Manager that will develop and maintain all aspects of American Hearing Benefits provider network and credentialing functions. This role provides an opportunity to help drive change and execution on a dynamic, cross-functional team. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated success in developing high-performance teams, creating & maintaining new processes, policies and procedures, and supporting rapid network growth and retention. Familiarity with relevant CMS regulations, health network compliance and accreditation is a must.

You Will:

  • Develop and manage a robust provider training and communications program to include in-person, electronic, web-based, on & off-site engagement and a provider support services function

  • Create and execute a network development strategy to quickly increase the depth and breadth of our network, increase retention and satisfaction, and ensure adequate targets (geographic, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment) are met

  • Manage provider credentialing function, ensuring that standards are met, and that network data is accurate.

  • Ensure that providers are in good standing and take actions (censure or expulsion) when they are not, and implement an audit function to regularly measure provider standing

  • Establish a set of KPIs and champion the development of a dashboard to monitor network health (including credentialing status), quality and provider relations team metrics in real-time

  • Lead compliance and accreditation efforts, and work cross-functionally to identify and address opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, policies and procedures

You Will Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred

  • 3-5 years’ management experience

  • Experience managing Provider Networks in a healthcare setting required

  • Experience developing quality management programs preferred

  • Medicare or Medicaid experience required

  • Familiarity with URAC, NCQA and other accreditation agencies required

  • Ability to drive positive change in a growing, changing business
