BGU Marketing/Sales Ops Specialist, Bloomington, MN

Full-time: _40__ hours/week

In collaboration with the __BGU Marketing Manager__, the BGU Marketing/Sales Ops Specialist will help guide Bethany Global University software and SaaS infrastructure to improve efficiencies within marketing communications, operations, and tracking progress toward the goals established by the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

· Maintain and improve current technology systems

· Oversight and administration of marketing and sales enablement systems (Infusionsoft, Wordpress, FixYourFunnel, Zapier, etc.)

· Develop new automation processes

· Collaborate with marketing to develop and maintain websites

· Utilize Excel and other databases to track data for conversion optimization

Successful candidates will have:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

· Experience: at least 2 years in managing & developing websites.

· Competencies/Skills:

o Ability to write clearly and effectively 

o Must have a working understanding of WordPress 

o Ability to learn and implement new skills quickly 

o Proficient in Excel

o Ability to learn & utilize new SAAS products

o Experience with Infusionsoft/KEAP preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

· Office Environment

Work Hours:

· Examples:

· 8 hour work-day

· 8:00am-5:00pm

· Monday through Friday

· Occasional evenings and weekends required for special events

Managing Editor – Just Disciple, Bloomington, MN

Full-time: _40__ hours/week

In collaboration with the __BGU Marketing Manager__, the __Just Disciple Managing Editor__ will delight God’s heart and extend His Kingdom by ensuring the vison, mission, and core values of Bethany International are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities include:

· Manage all writers, editors, and producers for Just Disciple 

· Oversee blog assignment and grading 

· Plan content for Just Disciple blogs, podcasts, and video 

· Organize guests for the Just Disciple podcast 

· Manage production of lead magnets and campaigns for Just Disciple 

· Manage production of all content creation for Just Disciple, including blogs, podcasts, and videos 

Successful candidates will have:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies or related field is preferred.

o Has a basic understanding of different theological viewpoints.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of managing others.

· Competencies/Skills:

o Ability to write clearly and effectively 

o Must have a working understanding of WordPress 

o Ability to lead people and obtain results through others 

o Ability to learn and implement new skills quickly
