The Role: As a Manager of Data Analysis, the position is responsible for supporting the business in identifying and developing data, reporting, and business intelligence services. The ideal candidate will have experience using SQL and partnering with leadership to effectively interpret and analyze large amounts of data and use it to tell a meaningful story. This role serves as a data and reporting specialist for the External Operations team. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business.

  • Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency and functionality of existing reports

  • Develop and deploy SQL queries to support analytic work streams

  • Lead team sessions to collect reporting requirements and influence project prioritization

  • Develop strategic partnerships within the organization, acting as a representative of the Operations Development team

What You Bring to The Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in data analysis and reporting

  • 5+ years of SQL experience

  • Ability to analyze data and drive meaningful insights that support the External Operations team.

  • An adaptive, responsive work ethic with the ability to work in a fluid, flexible, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment

  • Time management and prioritization skills

  • Experience working with multiple business areas and different levels of leadership

  • Experience with data consolidation and modeling
