General Duties: The Performance and Innovation team functions as an in-house innovation consultancy, moving from one City priority to the next. The team's top priority is helping the City solve its most pressing problems for residents and enterprise departments. Using a human centered approach, we always strive to co-build a solution while applying a racial equity lens to all of our work. The Planner Analyst will support the team on this and other priorities, focusing on analysis, strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Science, Social Justice, Urban or City Planning, or a related field or equivalent. Two years of professional experience performing duties related to those listed above which have included project management, performance measurement and meeting facilitation experience.
