Position Description: Marketing Coordinator; non-exempt part-time position

The goal of marketing is to drive and maintain traffic to Pregnancy Choices. The Marketing Coordinator develops and executes plans/strategies to accomplish that goal. In concurrence with our marketing firm, the Marketing Coordinator organizes all the marketing activities and initiatives of an organization. They conduct market research, carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends. Day to day, the Marketing Coordinator may draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies.

Supervision: Executive Director

Mission: We empower those experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, sexual health concerns, and relational poverty to transform their lives through life coaching, practical assistance, education outreach, and community partnerships.

Essential Functions:

· Ensure, along with the marketing firm, that all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals

· Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

· Attend monthly meetings with marketing firm, alongside the Executive Director, to review metrics, trends, and areas for growth

· Support marketing firm campaigns and online activities tracking systems by preparing internal activity reports and metrics for measuring program success

· Review, adjust and approve Google My Business posts

· Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues

· Assist with or develop relevant blog posts for website

· Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for donor newsletters

· Implement and improve promotional materials

· Develop and manage internal communication with clients and donors

· Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors

· Assist with PAG quarterly reporting

· Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

· Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field

· Proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

· Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

· Solid organizational skills and detail oriented

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other web editing packages

· Dedication and commitment to pro-life position


  • Regular, hourly, part-time work week (.5FTE) as non-exempt employee at $21/hr
