Minnesota Urology is offering an opportunity to work a Casual Medical Records Technician.

POSITION SUMMARY: Medical records coordination, filing, customer interaction and other clerical duties. Provide effective medical records assistance and communication to providers, employees, patients, and outside agencies.

The Catholic Community of St Odilia in Shoreview is currently seeking a Facility Manager for the overall care of the campus facilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with all staff to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all parish activities. The Facility Manager organizes, schedules and directs the activities of St. Odilia custodial staff, volunteer resources and contracted resources to ensure that proper maintenance procedures and routines are followed. The Facility Manager works with the Volunteer/Calendar Coordinator to ensure that all set-up requests have been completed in support of scheduled parish activities.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties necessary to keep the grounds, facilities, and equipment at their original condition of completeness and efficiency, either through repairs or replacement, repairing any damage as soon as possible to avoid further deterioration.
