Harry has been with Crossroads since it began in 2005, and currently  provides overall leadership, facilitates classes, and does frequent presentations and coaching for the Crossroads Ministry.

Peter's own transition from a career at General Mills to Pastor of Care at Grace Church helps him have great understanding of the process.

Barb is a co-leader of the Networking with Grace (NWG) Group.

 

With a background in sales and marketing and organizational development, Barb gets the “people” part of organizations. She has a passion to “give back” to others, and has extensive knowledge in networking. Having gone through a layoff in the past, she understands the ups and downs, the fight, and the “gift” of time during transition to make the right career choice.

Her passion for empowering people to bring their best in whatever the circumstances has been a driving force in her life both in personal and business.

She found herself drawn to be part of Crossroads where her soul felt comfort. Her passion for helping the hurting and encouraging the broken found a home and she formed “Soul Care in the Search” and continues to work with job searcher in this area.

Michael brings many years of professional-level search experience in corporate, contract consulting, and third-party recruiting roles. He has tremendous experience as a liaison between candidates and corporate clients as part of the hiring process.

After a long and highly successful career in HR with Shell, Pillsbury, Multifoods, and ultimately with Ecolab, Mike now devotes significant time in helping people pursue successful career transitions.

Steve is a Retirement Plan Advisor with Channel Financial.

 

He has more than 20 years of experience helping small and medium-sized businesses manage all aspects of their 401(k) retirement plans.  

 

Steve is also a consummate networker, and truly enjoys meeting new people. He has a real passion for meeting with people in job transitions and assisting them in the process through leading small group classes.

His career as an executive leader with UnitedHealth Group in HR and Culture, and as a Partner with Arthur Andersen has given him a great deal of knowledge and insight into what makes a successful match with an organization. And how individuals can be most effective in the hiring process.

Dave launched Crossroads Career Network at Grace Church in 2005 and now Chairs the Board of the national Crossroads Career organization.

Natalie brings 20 years of diverse professional experience across the financial services, marketing, hospitality and healthcare industries to the Crossroads Ministry.

 

She specializes in helping people discover their unique strengths and passions to find work that is purposeful and energizing.​

Rich is a small group leader and instructor for Crossroads and was benefited by the ministry during his own job transition. Rich credits Crossroads for providing him focus, skills, and spiritual guidance during his transition. He has a passion for developing people to excel in their jobs, career, and life pursuits.

 

Rich is the Managing Director of Technology Apprenticeships at CompTIA. He moved to CompTIA from Honeywell Building Technologies where he held global positions as a Director of Sales and Director of Training. 

Gina is forever grateful to Crossroads and the relationships she built during her own job transition after recruiting & training in media for 15 years.  

 

She has a desire to give back & help others during their own transition, especially encouraging them to network, network, network!  

 

Her 10+ years in talent acquisition spans across sales, healthcare, manufacturing, finance & leadership roles.

Skip started his own business out of college and was involved in all aspects of business building for 26 years. He has also been a national speaker and instructor. After deciding to make a career change, he found the process much more challenging than expected. Job transition groups like Grace Crossroads became invaluable. He is very passionate about networking with and coaching those in job transition.

 

Skip is a Crossroads Workshop instructor, active in the Networking with Grace Sales and Marketing Networking Group and the Monthly Seminars. ​

Wes (Wes2) is a co-leader of the Networking With Grace group.
