We ask that you include contact information for an actual person for follow-up and questions, and so job seekers are not sending information blindly. Our Job Board receives several hundred visitors per month and has been an effective resource for employers.

Participate in Micro Job Fairs in Eden Prairie

Following each of our Eden Prairie Monthly Seminars we offer employers an opportunity to participate in our Micro Job Fair, a chance to come and meet job seekers.
​​
We have tables available where you can put information and/or displays, and job seekers can come meet you and discuss opportunities from 9:00 to 9:30 am.
​​
It's a free, informal monthly event, (no registration or notice necessary) and you can come every month or whenever you have needs. We attract 30 to100 job seekers at each of our monthly meetings. Please arrive at Grace Church (enter through Door #4) by 9 am at the latest.

Attend our Weekly Networking Meetings
This weekly meeting is focused on networking. You are welcome to attend our weekly meetings to present your organization and current openings. (SEE DETAILS HERE)

Introduce yourself to the Group Leader, and you will be given an opportunity to present your openings to the group. Feel free to attend as little, or as often as you'd like.

Be an Employer Contact at Our Annual
​
Each year on a Tuesday evening in December, we host a highly effective Christmas Networking Party. The last few years, we've had over 600 attendees with over 120 employers there as networking contacts for their organizations.
The event includes a festive Christmas Party atmosphere, to provide a Christmas Party for those that are unemployed and don't have a company event to attend. We offer free heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and beverages.
It's a tremendous opportunity for employers to come, mingle, serve others by offering encouragement, and meet potential candidates for their organizations.
Each year we have great stories of people landing jobs because of someone they met at this event.

Participate in Our Annual Crossroads
Corporate Professionals Job Fair
Each Spring, we host our Crossroads Corporate Professionals Job Fair. It's a formal job fair event with large numbers of employers (large and small), and hundreds of job seekers.
​
Our fair has included large employers like: United Health Group, Best Buy, CHS, Fairview, Allianz, CHS, and Allina as well as numerous small and mid-sized organizations. Attendance has averaged over 700 job seekers.

Crossroads Career Network participants are typically corporate professionals from staff level to C-level executives.
