Eric Tvedt
Eric has been a member of the Networking With Grace family since 2013 when first introduced to the group in Eden Prairie during a job transition period. He was an active member in the group in 2013 and then again in shorter stints in 2015 and 2017. Seeing the power of networking firsthand, Eric has been an active networker and believes strongly in making sure networking stays a priority even when actively employed.
Eric and his wife Kari live in Hudson, WI and have two college age daughters. He stays active with his three dogs and many outdoor adventures. In 2018, Eric began serving on the executive board of Forever 52, an organization dedicated to motivating people to “get out” and volunteer at many local charity events in the Twin Cities.
Tim Voit
Tim facilitates the Woodbury locations for the Crossroads Networking group. Additionally he facilitates The White Box Club in Woodbury and is on the leadership team at the Easter Job Transition Group. He speaks on the Gig Economy and helps people start their consulting business.
With his LegalShield business he helps protect individuals, families, businesses and their employees with legal and identity theft plans.
Anthony Harder
Anthnony has an education and professional background in information technology. Over 35 years of professional experience. Not surprisingly, his network is primarily with technical professionals and technical recruiters. He became involved with Job Transition support at Woodbury Lutheran Church around the turn of the millennium.
His own job search directed him to a person who was involved with the group. He lived in Woodbury, so he made a visit. At that time, he relocated out of the Twin CIties for his next job. Upon returning, he wanted to pay it back-pay it forward and reconnected with the group. He's been regularly involved with this group since around 2009.
Tim Marshall
God has provided me the opportunity to care for his people in a variety of ways here at Woodbury Lutheran. Not only do I visit people who are shut in or hospitalized, I also work with different Care Ministries at WLC. This care is extended across all of our campuses, where we have great lay leadership to enhance the care shown to God's people. What a great privilege it is to work with so many wonderful people!

I grew up in Nebraska, where I met my wife Sunny. Yes, that makes me a fan of Husker Football (hopefully, not obnoxiously so...)! I have played tennis almost as long as I can remember, and I love to read and watch movies with my family.

Sadly, I am socially awkward... I don't do Facebook, Twitter, or anything else. However, I do email and text!
IT'S SO REWARDING TO HELP OTHERS IN JOB TRANSITION
