Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Owners will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the company's Founders. This role goes far beyond traditional executive assistance and requires an individual who can manage key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, support decision-making through research and analysis, and represent the executive team both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where discretion, initiative, and problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Owners/Founders in defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives.
Oversee special projects and organizational priorities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting preparation.
Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Serve as a liaison between departments to improve communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
Track organizational initiatives, monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve operational effectiveness.
Represent the executive team in meetings, internal communications, external partnerships, and client interactions as needed.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Preferred previous experience supporting senior executives, owners, founders, or leadership teams.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work independently.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business technology tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Preferred 2-plus years of equivalent professional experience.

Compensation:
$100,000 annual salary
