Janitor – Hand In Hand Christian Montessori – Highcroft Campus, Wayzata, has a part-time (15-20 hours/week) opening in our facilities department.
Are you passionate about cleanliness? Bothered when you see that things are not as clean as they could be? See the importance of cleanliness as it relates to minimizing the spread of illness? Help us maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our students, families, and employees by becoming our Janitor.
Primary responsibilities include daily cleaning of floors and bathrooms, housekeeping, some garbage and recycling removal, organization of cleaning supplies, and annual cleaning projects. We use a unique cleaning method called Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO). SAO is a chemical-free cleaning system that turns ordinary tap water and oxygen into liquid stabilized aqueous ozone- a powerful, natural cleaner, stain remover, deodorizer and sanitizer.
Hours between 5:00pm – 9:00pm with the option to grow in other areas of facilities management and service.
Applicants need to be self-motivated, responsible and reliable. Compensation between $17-$19/hour plus paid time off. If your children attend our school, we offer generous tuition discounts for our employees.
